We aim to dispatch all orders next day (if made before 12pm), and arriving within 3 – 5 business days in the UK, and within 15 days for mainland Europe. We do international shipping as well and the cost and delivery time varies per country and you can check this when you check out before you make your payment.

Quite simply 100% biodegradable and recyclable with thoughtful label design to minimise ink use. All our packaging is plastic free and made with sustainable/renewable materials, and in accordance with the organic standards of BDA, and applicable EU food regulations.

Our Kraft paper bags are resealable keeping your herbs fresher from longer. Using scissors cut just above the zip lock when opening your bag to ensure proper function. The see through window and lock is made from cellulose and starch film.

All conform to respective legislation including Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, Commissions Regulation (EU) 2023/2006 and No 10/2011.

We aim to provide you with the best quality herbs possible. We do this by sourcing herbs from trustworthy and sustainable suppliers that follow ethical agricultural practices, or traditional methods of wild harvesting, with product testing and analysis.

Ensuring the essential properties of herbs with product safety, we consider their chemical composition and potential drug-herb interactions through combining up to date peer reviewed research with knowledge from traditional herbalism (and whenever appropriate follow provisions contained in the EU Pharmacopeia).

We follow strict hygiene procedures, use BSEN accredited sanitising products in line with organic hygiene practices, and hold personal certification for food safety & hygiene.

Irradiation is not currently allowed within organic production, and therefore being a 100% organic business, none of our products have undergone irradiation. To the best of our knowledge, our herbs are only steam sterilised when completely necessary, and preferred to be avoided if possible.
